As the city attracts talent and investment from across the globe, design excellence becomes central to shaping its identity. The IIID Showcase serves as a powerful platform that brings together cutting-edge interior products, emerging technologies, and global design trends under one roof. More than an exhibition, it is a catalyst for elevating the aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability of our built environment. For architects, interior designers, developers, builders, and homeowners alike, this showcase offers invaluable insights into the future of design and construction. Anyone seeking to understand where the industry is headed and how Hyderabad is positioning itself among the world’s leading cities should not miss this event.
Smt Padmavati Reddy, MLA, Kodada; said, as both an architect and a legislator, I am delighted to be among fellow professionals who are shaping the future of our built environment. This exhibition presents a comprehensive vision of where the industry is headed, bringing together the latest products, technologies, and design innovations under one roof. The quality and scale of the showcase reflect international standards and demonstrate the immense potential of our design and construction ecosystem. The Telangana Government remains committed to supporting the industry in every possible way, ensuring that our professionals and businesses continue to stay aligned with global advancements and emerging trends. Together, we can position Telangana as a benchmark for innovation, design excellence, and sustainable urban development.
Ar. Jignesh Modi, President, Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID), said, IIID is one of India’s foremost design institutions, bringing together over 11,000 architects, interior designers, and industry professionals across the country. Hyderabad stands proudly among its largest and most dynamic chapters, consistently setting benchmarks for excellence. This exhibition is more than a showcase of products and innovations, it is a platform that enhances awareness, inspires creativity, and connects citizens with the latest global trends shaping the design world. I invite everyone to visit the expo over the next three days and experience firsthand the future of design. As designers, our responsibility extends far beyond creating beautiful interiors and functional spaces. We design experiences. We influence human behaviour, enhance well-being, and shape the environments in which people live, work, and thrive. In many ways, designers are the silent architects of quality of life, making a lasting impact on every citizen and every community we serve.
Ar. N. Praveen Kumar, Chairperson, IIID Hyderabad Regional Chapter, said, today is a proud moment for all of us—not only because we are unveiling the 6th edition of Insider X, but because we are celebrating the remarkable journey of Indian design. A decade ago, many of us looked abroad for inspiration; today, the world is increasingly looking to India for creative leadership. That transformation deserves to be celebrated, and Insider X is a reflection of that achievement. At IIID, we believe design is far more than aesthetics. It shapes how we live, work, learn, and experience the world around us. In many ways, design shapes life itself. Today, Indian designers stand shoulder to shoulder with the best in the world, creating spaces and experiences that are globally relevant while remaining uniquely Indian.
Hyderabad continues to emerge as one of India’s fastest-growing centers for design, innovation, technology and entrepreneurship, making it a natural destination for a platform of this scale and significance.
