This September, Feast at Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway is bringing a school-day experience to the table in celebration of Teacher’s Day. Thoughtfully curated to honor the teachers who have shaped and guided us, the special brunch brings together cherished memories and a vibrant culinary journey.
The experience begins with “Assembly,” welcoming guests with a refreshing drink, followed by “Geography Class,” featuring flavours from around the world through an exciting street food experience. “Library Break Tiffin” brings nostalgic school-time bites, while “After School Chaat Gali” rounds off the journey with a vibrant selection of Indian chaat favourites, paying tribute to the teachers whose patience, encouragement, and unforgettable lessons stay with us long after school.
The menu highlights include a nostalgic Recess Corner with chop singara, ghugni, bread pakoda nostalgic and aloo tikki, along with Nalli Chips & Chatpata Aloo. The Maggi Lab offers customised Maggi, while the Asian Lunchbox — Bento Break features chicken satay, nasi goreng, pickles and salads.
The After-School Chaat Station brings pani puri, papdi chaat, dahi puri and aloo tikki, followed by nostalgic kulfi at The Last Bell. The Nostalgia Candy Shelf features childhood favourites, while The Tiffin Dabba serves regional Indian favourites in traditional stacked tiffins.
