From 12th August 2023 till 18th August, various higher educational Institutions under the aegis of Heritage Group of Institutions, Kolkata, observed Anti-ragging week as per the UGC mandate.
The students were engaged in preparing posters, writing slogans, organizing Drama, musical events and many more on the Anti-ragging theme organized by the various Institutions namely, Heritage Institute of Technology, Heritage Business School, The Heritage Academy, Heritage Law College and The Heritage College under the aegis of Heritage Group of Institutions, Kolkata.
Moreover Heritage Law College organized a Walk against Ragging in the Heritage campus on 18th August as a part of Observance of Anti-ragging week.
The students were addressed by the faculty members about the presence of an anti-ragging squad in the Institutions and were made aware of the various adverse effects of ragging through Documentaries, Short-films and TVC pictures.
Heritage Institute of Technology organized Musical events and Drama through their Drama and Music Clubs of the Institute on Anti-ragging theme as a part of Observance of Anti-ragging week in the campus.
