Kozhikode, Keralam: HiLITE Group has handed over Olympus 1, the first tower of HiLITE Olympus, an ultra-modern residential development that blends luxury, expansive amenities and green living at HiLITE City, Kozhikode. The handover of Olympus 1 follows two other major project completions by the Group—HiLITE Cypress and HiLITE Patras—underscoring HiLITE’s steady delivery of premium residential spaces across Calicut. The Group has also inaugurated HiLITE Countryside at Chemmad, an innovative retail format for smaller towns and emerging Tier-3 markets.
