Mumbai : Ingram Micro India announced that it is celebrating its sixth consecutive Great Place to Work® certification it has been accredited with recently. The recognition highlights a simple, ongoing priority, creating a workplace culture built on trust, genuine teamwork, and real opportunities for employees to grow.
The achievement that has been recognized is a result of the company’s unceasing efforts in upgrading the organizational culture and creating enriching experience for the employees. In the past year, Ingram Micro India has been working on enhancing the engagement of its employees, promoting dialogue among the employees, developing leadership skills and providing opportunities for development and learning.
The company has taken several steps as part of its “Elevate – Soar Higher” program in an effort to improve teamwork and engagement among its employees.
