KLH Aziz Nagar Becomes Hub for Next-Gen AI and Geoscience Research at EarthSense 2025

Hyderabad : KLH Aziz Nagar Campus, Hyderabad, is proudly hosting the IEEE International Conference on “Next-Gen Technologies of Artificial Intelligence and Geoscience Remote Sensing” – EarthSense 2025, from 16th to 18th September 2025. This global event will bring together scientists, researchers, industry experts, and students to explore advancements in AI, geoscience, remote sensing, and space technologies.

Technically cosponsored by IEEE Geoscience and Remote Sensing Society (GRSS), with financial backing for conference events from GRSS Sub-Committees, TCS Research, and Urban Kissan, and knowledge partnerships with Development Seed and ISPRS. EarthSense 2025 will provide a unique platform for research dissemination, collaboration, and learning.

The conference opened with a grand inaugural ceremony toady (16th September) attended by eminent academicians, researchers, and global industry leaders, highlighting KLH Aziz Nagar Campus as a hub of innovation and interdisciplinary research. The event focused on the integration of artificial intelligence with geoscience and remote sensing technologies, fostering dialogue on Earth observation, environmental monitoring, climate solutions, and sustainable resource management.

Distinguished speakers included Prof. Anabella Ferral (CONICET, Argentina), Prof. Norma Alias (UTM, Malaysia), Dr. Nilesh Desai (Director, Space Applications Center ISRO), and Mr. Bohari Mahat (Sunbo Pontian, Malaysia), who shared insights on emerging technologies reshaping Earth sciences. The conference will feature technical sessions, workshops, and panel discussions covering AI/ML applications in climate modeling, precision agriculture, disaster management, urban planning, and satellite-based Earth observation, while emphasizing ethical and sustainable deployment of AI.
