The menu brings together comforting German-inspired flavours and familiar beer-hall favourites. Guests can start with the Warm Bavarian Pretzel, served with gherkins, wholegrain mustard and butter, or the Crispy Rösti with smoked sour cream and chive oil. Heartier options include Beer-Roasted Chicken with malt beer reduction and roasted vegetables, Chargrilled Lamb Chops with potato rösti, braised red cabbage and dunkel beer jus, along with Beer-Infused Mac & Cheese and a Bavarian Sausage Platter.
For those with a sweet tooth, the Warm Apple Strudel with spiced cinnamon apples, vanilla crème anglaise and ice cream offers a warm and indulgent finish.
