The spread continues with Punjab Sixer Chhole Bhatoore, a hearty, indulgent classic, and the Gujarat Farsan Platter featuring fafda, khakra, and khichiya papad served with punchy chutneys. Mumbai Vada Platter is a street-style favourites come together; a mix of sabudana vada, batata vada, kothimbir vadi, and bhakarwadi.
