Syfe appoints Saurabh Seth as Head of Talent Acquisition in India

The appointment is part of Syfe’s plans to grow its team in India as the company expands across the region in 2022.

Gurugram : Syfe, a leading digital investment platform that is building the next generation of financial solutions for individuals across Asia, today announced the appointment of Saurabh Seth as its Head of Talent Acquisition in India as it plans to further strengthen its team in the country. 

The Singapore headquartered company has a 80-member strong team working out of Syfe’s tech hub in India, building its full-suite wealth management and online brokerage offering used by customers across Asia. Syfe’s tech team in India has tripled its strength in 2021 and looks to expand further in 2022. Saurabh, who brings over 15 years of experience in technical recruiting, will help Syfe further grow its tech team and its capabilities to support the business as the company expands to new markets. Saurabh will also be focusing on strengthening Syfe’s employer brand externally, enhancing the company’s HR policies to attract the best candidates and improving the candidate experience during the hiring process.

Saurabh, who was the Associate Vice President at Careernet Consulting in his earlier role, supported in finding tech talent for leading companies such as Uber, Amazon, Walmart Labs, Flipkart, Ola, Myntra, Swiggy and Yahoo, among others. He had also spearheaded the creation of HR solutions for several high-growth startups across India and Asia-Pacific.
