This July, embark on a gastronomic journey celebrating India’s rich and diverse culinary legacy as Taj MG Road Bengaluru presents Taste of Heritage at The Trinity Square, from 24th July to 31st July 2026.
Inspired by over 8,000 years of India’s culinary traditions, the festival brings together authentic regional recipes, time-honoured cooking techniques and indigenous ingredients that have shaped the country’s vibrant food culture. Curated to honour India’s gastronomic heritage, the menu celebrates flavours passed down through generations, offering guests an immersive dining experience.
The specially curated menu showcases iconic dishes from across the country, from the aromatic Rogan Josh of Kashmir and the robust Chicken Ghee Roast of coastal Karnataka to the indulgent Chingri Malai Curry of Bengal and the fiery Laal Maas of Rajasthan. Each preparation reflects the unique traditions, local produce and culinary philosophies of its region.
Complementing these signature dishes are the timeless spices and ingredients that form the foundation of Indian cooking, including fragrant cardamom, earthy cumin and coriander, golden turmeric, aromatic ghee and a medley of indigenous spices that continue to define India’s culinary identity.
