Synchrony launches ‘Future Ready Schools’, a philanthropic initiative to enhance digital and STEM learning in Telangana government schools

Hyderabad : Synchrony, a leading consumer financing company, in collaboration with Nirman Organization, today launched Future Ready Schools, a multi-year philanthropic initiative to strengthen digital learning, including foundational AI education, STEM education and career readiness across 12 government high schools, with two inaugural digital-learning labs, in Telangana’s Ibrahimpatnam block of Ranga Reddy district.

Built on a cluster-based approach, the initiative aims to create sustainable impact by improving access to quality education to more than 3,000 students while equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in an evolving world.

Future Ready Schools builds on Synchrony’s long-standing, global CSR platform, Education as an Equalizer, reflecting the company’s belief that education is one of the most powerful drivers of opportunity. Through strategic non-profit partnerships, Synchrony invests in programmes that expand access to quality higher education, skills training in high-growth fields and financial literacy.

Through the Future Ready Schools initiative, Synchrony will:

Support more than 3,000 students annually across 12 government high schools in the Ibrahimpatnam block, from Classes 6 to 10

Provide scholarships for meritorious students to support their pursuit of higher education

Establish digital learning labs inside high school classrooms to improve access to technology-enabled learning introducing students to AI and its responsible use in learning and strengthen STEM education

Deliver teacher capacity-building programmes to equip educators with modern tools and methodologies that enhance classroom learning
