Kochi : BuildNext, the tech-enabled home-builder, received an award at the Startup Conclave hosted by Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC). BuildNext received the “Award of Excellence” from P. Rajeev, Minister of Industries.
“The Award of Excellence was a great initiative by KSIDC. We are thankful to them for helping us in our journey and becoming the company we are today by extending the soft loan when we needed it during our early days. We hope that several budding startups will avail of this facility and use it to advance their company further. Now that we have completely returned the loan, we look to join hands with developers to launch BuildNext homes in communities as well as serve individual homeowners,” said Finaz Naha, Founder, BuildNext.
Started in 2015, BuildNext offers end-to-end design and build for customers looking to build their homes. After a successful run in Kerala and Hyderabad, BuildNext is about to launch in Coimbatore and Bangalore. The company has 10 virtual reality-enabled experience centers that people can use to ‘test drive their home’ before actually building it. BuildNext takes building houses to the next level with its innovative approach to designing homes, focusing not just on aesthetics, but also on functionality and liveability.
