Benedict’s Arrives In South Bengaluru With An All-Day Diner Concept

A new addition to South Bengaluru’s dining scene, Benedict’s brings together the ease of a neighbourhood diner with the structure of a full-service all-day diner. Located in JP Nagar, the space serves breakfast through dinner, with a menu built around continental comfort food and Mediterranean influences.

At the centre of the menu are multiple interpretations of breakfast staples, including The Classic Benedict, Turkish Eggs with greek yogurt and garlic sauce, The Shakshouka with ghee roast masala, and Chawanmunshi topped with Parsi Akuri eggs. Alongside breakfast offerings, the kitchen also serves a wider all-day selection focused on familiar dishes with layered flavours and thoughtful execution.

The kitchen also places emphasis on scratch-made elements including house-made flavoured butters, brown butter hollandaise, in-house sauces, and globally inspired egg preparations that bring together Turkish, Egyptian, and Parsi influences across the menu.

The beverage programme includes sake, soju, and wines, designed to transition naturally from morning brunches to late afternoon meals and evening gatherings.

“We wanted to create a space where breakfast isn’t restricted to mornings and diners can settle in at any hour of the day. Benedict’s was built around the idea of serving familiar comfort food with consistency, warmth, and the kind of quality that keeps people coming back regularly.” says Krish Nayak, Co-founder of Benedict’s.

With warm yellow and blue interiors inspired by a classic 70s diner aesthetic, comforting all-day dining, and a format designed to move seamlessly from slow breakfasts to long evening meals, Benedict’s brings a refreshing new diner culture to South Bengaluru.
