Bakingo has launched its second experiential retail store at Bestech Central Square Mall, Sector 57, as part of its continued expansion into omnichannel dessert retail. The brand is strengthening its presence beyond digital platforms by building physical touchpoints that reflect how customers today discover, customise, and purchase celebration products.
The store follows an experience-led format that brings together cakes, desserts, and gifting solutions under one roof. It is designed to serve both planned occasions and last-minute celebration needs, with a focus on speed, convenience, and personalisation.
At the centre of the store is the Dream Station, a self-ordering digital kiosk that enables customers to browse more than 5,000 cake designs, customise them in real time, and preview the final product before placing an order. The system is built to make the ordering journey more interactive while reducing dependency on traditional assisted counters.
The integration of digital ordering within the store reflects Bakingo’s approach to maintaining consistency across channels, ensuring that customers have access to the same catalogue, design flexibility, and customisation features both online and offline.
Alongside this, the store offers instant gifting options, celebration add-ons, and quick-purchase solutions for urgent requirements. The format is positioned as a compact celebration destination designed for high-intent and impulse-driven purchase behaviour.
Complementing its signature cakes, the store also features a refreshed in-store menu with savouries, indulgent cake shakes such as Blueberry, Red Velvet and Tiramisu, and a coffee range with both hot and cold brews. It also serves live desserts prepared on demand, including Dubai Cream Cheese Croissant, Sticky Toffee Pudding with Caramel Sauce, Brownie with Ice Cream, Chocolate Lava Cake and Red Velvet Cookies.
Speaking on the launch, Himanshu Chawla, Co-founder, Bakingo, said, “We are not building stores for browsing. We are building them for decision and action. The Dream Station is central to that shift because it lets customers move from idea to order in minutes, without friction. That is what modern celebration shopping demands.”
He added, “Every store is a step towards tightening the gap between intent and fulfilment. Our focus is speed, clarity, and control in the customer’s hands.”
With this launch, Bakingo continues to scale its experiential retail model across key urban markets, focusing on high-footfall locations that support fast, convenience-led purchasing behaviour. The brand is building a hybrid ecosystem where digital reach and offline accessibility work together to serve modern celebration demand.
