Guests can savour traditional favourites such as Bisi Bele Bath with Boondi, Ragi Mudde with Bassaru, Jolada Rotti with Ennegayi, Mangalorean Neer Dosa with Chicken Gassi, Coorg Pandi Curry with Akki Rotti and Donne Chicken Biryani. The spread also features Maddur Vada with Coconut Chutney, alongside a live Davanagere Benne Dosa station, bringing the distinctive flavours of the state to the table.
