Baapugiri: TukTuki Brings Gandhian Principles to the World of Corporate Revenge with a High-Stakes Micro-Drama

Bengaluru – TukTuki, India’s homegrown micro-drama entertainment platform, today announced that it will launch Baapugiri on 1st October 2026, a high-stakes vertical series that brings together corporate revenge, family legacy and the timeless principles of Mahatma Gandhi in a contemporary dramatic narrative.

The series follows Sahil Suryavanshi, who sets out to reclaim the brand and secret spice formula left behind by his late father, Vedant Suryavanshi. His biggest challenge is Rajesh Malhotra, who stole Vedant’s original patents and brand in 1998 and built a corporate empire around them. Driven by revenge, Sahil confronts Malhotra but ends up losing everything. It is then that Mohan, a soul or spirit manifestation of Mahatma Gandhi visible only to Sahil, enters his life. Mohan guides him away from hatred and ego, teaching him to embrace Satya, Ahimsa and Swadeshi, and the power of a decentralised grassroots network.

Starting from scratch, Sahil builds Suryavanshi Craft, a cloud-kitchen network that begins to challenge the Malhotra Group. In the final arc, Sahil uncovers the original 1998 patent papers and a whistleblower’s digital hard disk, using them to expose Malhotra’s fraud and reclaim his family’s empire.
