Hyderabad : Granules India Limited, a vertically integrated pharmaceutical company, today announced the appointment of MrsSucharita Rao Palepu as Non-executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect. Sucharita brings with her a rich and varied experience of two decades in Information Technology and Financial Services. She is currently a Strategic Advisor specializing in Organization & HR Transformation initiatives, prior to which, she was Global Head- Human Resources at Tech Mahindra Ltd.

With a strong commercial orientation, she is known for bringing about pioneering changes across various initiatives.
She was awarded Exemplary Woman in Leader Award (APAC) in HR Branding Awards 2015-16 and Women Super Achievers Award in HR Branding Awards 2009-10.
