Heritage Law College Students Script National Record with ₹1.5 Lakh International Win

Heritage Law College proudly announces a landmark achievement by its students Meghnila Chakraborty, and Bristee Biswas, from B.A. LL.B. Batch-2027 who have brought national recognition to the institution by securing the Best Negotiating Pair Award at the 4th International Mediation Competition hosted by Xavier Law School, St. Xaviers University, Kolkata.

The prestigious three-day competition, held from 26–28 March, 2026 witnessed participation from 32 elite teams, including several National Law Universities from various states across India. In a remarkable display of legal acumen and negotiation excellence, the Heritage Law College team advanced to the final round, where they competed against a top NLU team from Mumbai.

What makes this achievement truly extraordinary is that this was their first-ever mediation competition.
