iVOOMi Energy’s leap to make last mile deliveries carbon neutral; marks 2,500 sales for S1

~ aims to achieve 400+ dealerships by the end of FY 2022

~ plans to introduce facelift with dual battery support technology

New Delhi : With the successful launch of its model S1, iVOOMi Energy, one of the fastest-growing EV companies in India, has recently marked a milestone of 2500 e- scooter in primary sales after the launch. The company has also shared its plans to expand in the southern Indian region, increasing its dealership network from 150 to 400 dealerships by the end of FY 2022 including Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Karnataka and Telangana.

iVOOMi has also introduced special accessories for S1 in response to its wide acceptance amongst the customers. With this step they focus to cater the door-step service agents and other delivery agents. The delivery agents will receive robust assistance from these accessories as well as equipment like loaders, which can effectively manage weight of up to 100 kilos. These add-ons are water-resistant and simple to assemble and disassemble as per the convenience.

iVOOMi has plans to soon facelift the S1 model with additional features like dual battery support along with other convenient features. These accessories will be available across the dealership network by Diwali this year.

The company has recently announced its fourth manufacturing unit to be set-up in Pune, Maharashtra. The new manufacturing facility will be a fully-integrated electric two-wheeler plant that will be operational from March 2023. The investment will increase the facility’s production capability by 60,000 plus units, taking the production number from 1,80,000 units a year to 2,40,000 units a year. The company aims to roll out more than 2,00,000 units by the end of FY 2023.
