Jeanne Michelle Designs Transforms Traditional Medfield Home into Showstopping Farmhouse – in Two Weeks

Open Houses planned for this Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Jeanne Michelle Design, a boutique interior decorating firm based in Palm Beach, Florida, is proud to announce its latest project – the transformation of a traditional, ~1,900-square-foot home in the Pine Needle Park neighborhood of Medfield, Massachusetts, into a showstopping, completely furnished, reimagined farmhouse.  The project was accomplished in just under two weeks.  Open houses are planned for Friday, June 10, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, June 11, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Sunday, June 12, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Despite the challenges brought on by travel and an economy wrought with supply chain and workforce issues, Jeanne Martin, principal of Jeanne Michelle Designs, led the renovation from start to finish.  The home was gutted top to bottom – all hardware was replaced, bathrooms were replaced, new flooring was installed, and the kitchen was fully renovated, complete with new countertops.  Martin also transformed a former work shed into an adorable “she shed”/garden room in the backyard, which also features a zero edge pool created by renowned designer Daniel Pellegrino of J & D Landscape Contractors, as well as hot tub and newly installed pizza oven and picnic tables.  Landscaping crews are arriving today to add the finishing touches to the property.

Additionally, the home, which is located at 6 Partridge Road in Medfield, will go on the market (anticipated on June 9) completely furnished, and so will come exactly the way it looks.  The property features four  bedrooms (one currently setup as an office), two-and-a-half baths, a family/movie night room, living room, kitchen, sun room, mud room, and laundry room and sits on .46 acres.

Jen Bradbury , of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group,  is the broker of choice for this property, and Jeanne Michelle Designs worked with builder Arther Olavera of Luxe General Construction Inc. in Boston.
