Mumbai : JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA) advised BlissClub Fitness Private Limited (Arboreal), a D2C athleisure brand, on its Series B fundraise. The funding round was led by Singularity AMC, with participation from Vidit Aatrey (CEO, Meesho) and continued backing from existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures.
JSA represented BlissClub (BlissClub Fitness Private Limited) as company counsel on its ₹160 crore (approximately $16.8 million) Series B round led by Singularity AMC, alongside Elevation Capital, Eight Roads Ventures, and Vidit Aatrey. The round closed with fresh capital earmarked for offline retail scale-up and new category expansion. The team handled transaction documentation, negotiation, and closing.
