Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth.

- Oats – 1 Cup
- Chilli – 2-3 finely chopped
- Ginger – 1 tsp finely chopped
- Pepper 1-2 tsp
- Curry leaves – chopped
- Salt – to taste
Ready in 30 Minutes
1. Soak oats in water for 20 minutes
2.Add rest of the ingredients and mix well
3.Add water to the batter if required
4.Heat oil in a pan
5.Rub little water in your palm
6.Take a spoon full of batter in your palm and flatten it
7.Gently drop it into the pan
8.Fry untill golden brown
