Telangana Chamber of Events Industry, to host ‘TCEI – TEFA World Photography Day’ on August 19th!

Hyderabad: The Telangana Chamber of Events Industry (TCEI) – an umbrella association of event organizer and associated professionals, and Telangana Event Facilitators Association – a constituent association of TCEI; are celebrating the World Photography Day by hosting ‘TCEI – TEFA WORLD PHOTOGRAPHY DAY’ on Thursday 19th August 2021. As part of the celebrations, the Chamber has lined up professionally enriching engagements and a photography contest to unearth and showcase the latent talent of promising professionals.

TCEI is calling for entries from interested photography professionals for the Contest, on the theme EMOTIONS. Contestants should submit their works related to the contest theme, on or before August 5th, 2021.

Event industry and Photography are inseparable, shutterbugs fetch us the limelight and the applauds. Constantly encouraging and aiding photographers to enhance their skills is of paramount significance for both the professions to be in the public glare and garner appreciation for our talent, says Rakhi Kankharia, President, Telangana Chamber of Events Industry.

The World Photography day event is packed with professionally informative and invigorating sessions and includes an interactive live streaming session focusing on inspiring anecdotes and experiences of internationally acclaimed photography icons like Badal Raja, Megha Israni, Ram Bherwani and Ronica Khandhari; face to face interaction with leading Hyderabad based photography professionals including Arvind Chenji, Namrata Rupani, Ram Babu Dhanishetty and Vimal Jain, the event culminates with the announcement of winners of the Photo Contest.

The insights shared by icons and seasoned professionals at the seminars can immensely impact and change the very perspective of budding photographers about the profession. The contest will help bring the talent in the profession to the fore, says Neeru Mohan, Secretary, Telangana Event Facilitators Association.
