TVS Emerald Launches Maiden Plotted Project near Bangalore; Records Grand Sale of 169 Crore on Launch Day

Bangalore: TVS Emerald, a subsidiary of TVS Holdings Ltd, has registered a sale value of 169 crore on the day of launching its first plotted development project, ‘The Estate’ in Bagalur, near Sarjapur. This 33-acre project marks the group’s first plotted development project near Bangalore and third in the segment. The project witnessed a remarkable sale, with 442 plots sold, out of the total 461 plots launched. The plots range from 500 sq.ft to over 5000 sq.ft in size and are priced from 17.49 Lakh onwards.
‘The Estate’ introduces a unique concept in the plotted development category by offering plots adorned with fully grown fruit bearing orchard trees. The development comprises three phases Swargam, Aaranyam, and Mandalam, that provide state-of-the-art amenities such as an amphitheatre, herb garden, rain garden, cycling track, a pet park, a multipurpose court, and an outdoor gym. Additionally, TVS Emerald has also proposed a 15,000 sq.ft clubhouse, featuring a range of amenities such as a swimming pool, a banquet hall, work-from-home spaces, steam and sauna rooms, an indoor gym, and guest rooms.
