Hyderabad: Union Bank of India consecutively for the second year celebrated the Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD) with host of activities:
- Launched a dedicated webpage “Accessible Banking” on the corporate website. The page provides information about bank’s accessible services offerings to the customers.
- Bank honored GAAD 2023 with a special edition of monthly e-bulletin “Pr@Waah May 2023” with information on inclusive banking offerings to the customers.
- Social Media postings with creative and videos demonstrating bank’s accessible product Union Sparsh Debit card for visually impaired.
- Online quiz on digital accessibility for its employees to raise awareness.
Union Bank of India with a culture of inclusion has commenced its accessibility journey a year ago with implementation of project Union Access and Bank is committed for accessibility enhancements in its banking products and services.
