Building on the success of the VIDA DIRT.E K3, which secured the same honour last year, this latest recognition reflects VIDA’s growing global design credibility and its philosophy of creating future-ready mobility solutions rooted in purposeful designs.
The Red Dot Design Award for the VIDA NOVUS concepts validate a human-first design philosophy that prioritizes real-world movement over traditional vehicle categories. Designed as a spectrum of solutions rather than styling concepts, this award-winning series addresses distinct everyday challenges: the NEX 1 solves fragmented, in-between journey stretches with a portable, human-scale device that doubles as a backpack; the NEX 2 bridges two-wheeler agility with enhanced safety and multi-use utility; and the NEX 3 delivers personal, all-weather protection and dignity without the footprint of a traditional car. Across its award-winning portfolio, VIDA has consistently reimagined electric mobility for diverse riding needs. The VIDA DIRT.E MX7 marks a bold step forward as the first model on VIDA’s dedicated mid-size off-road platform electric motorcycle to deliver agility, control, and a deeper connection between rider and trail.
