Vijay Bhandari has been appointed as the Executive Chef at Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road

Bengaluru: Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is pleased to announce the appointment of their new Executive Chef, Vijay Bhandari. With a rich background spanning 15 years in the hospitality industry, Chef Bhandari has honed his expertise at distinguished establishments such as Marriott International, Carlson, Taj Exotica Resort and Spa Maldives, and various other leading hospitality brands. His experience, vision, and passion will help Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road create unparalleled dining experiences for guests

In his new role at Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, Vijay will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations, from menu development to hiring, training, and supervising the staff. Additionally, his duties will also include supervising food preparation areas and collaborating closely with the hotel’s culinary team to craft innovative menus and dining experiences.

Vijay is an alumni of IHM Meerut and well-versed in HACCP and First Aid Procedures. His dedication to guest care, business, and community involvement has earned him 12 prestigious awards. He has actively contributed to the community and has been recognized with various food competition accolades.
