Today, Zoom hosted the Zoom Experience Day at Le Meridien, Hyderabad. The live walkthrough experience showcased Zoom’s all-in-one intelligent collaboration platform and featured modern collaboration solutions that help organisations elevate the employee and customer experience. Zoom technology puts people at the center and drives human innovation through solutions like team chat, meetings, contact center, smart recordings, whiteboard, and more — all in one offering.

Spanning from Zoom Scheduler to Zoom Phone, and Zoom Virtual Agent to Zoom Contact Center, the company demonstrated the capabilities of its latest innovations and how they come together as a collaboration platform that enables more dynamic and intelligent experiences — allowing organisations across industries to reimagine productivity and work and serve their customers better. Through a federated approach to AI, which integrates Zoom’s proprietary AI models, models from leading AI companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic, and models from select customers to its platform, Zoom is further unleashing the potential of AI in the workplace with solutions like Zoom IQ, chat thread summaries, and email and content drafting.

The showcase also featured Workvivo, Zoom’s latest acquisition, which extends Zoom’s platform and offers its customers new ways to keep employees informed, engaged, and connected. The power of Workvivo’s modern employee communication and engagement offering, combined with Zoom’s all-in-one collaboration platform, enables organisations to fully unlock the potential of their employees and evolve their company culture.

Zoom’s continued and rapid pace of innovation allows customers to enjoy a seamless, end-to-end journey—all within one collaboration platform. During the experience tour, Zoom showcased the following innovations that can help make teamwork more meaningful and strengthen customer relationships:

●     Zoom IQ: Zoom IQ is a smart companion that will help empower collaboration and unlock users’ potential by summarising chat threads, organising ideas, drafting content for chats, emails, and whiteboard sessions, creating meeting agendas, and more.

●     Zoom Whiteboard: Zoom Whiteboard provides customers with a set of easy-to-use tools to collaborate together to capture ideas, processes, and concepts.

●     Zoom Scheduler: Zoom Scheduler makes it easier for users to share their availability and book appointments with people outside their organisations. It works seamlessly with Zoom Meetings and Zoom Mail and Calendar, and integrates with Gmail and Microsoft 365.

●     Zoom Contact Center: Zoom Contact Center is the first omnichannel cloud contact center platform that is optimised for video and intentionally supports a robust suite of channels, such as voice and video, SMS, and webchat.

●     Zoom Virtual Agent: Complementing Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent is an always-on, intelligent conversational AI and chatbot solution that uses natural language processing and machine learning to accurately understand and instantly resolve issues for customers.

●     Zoom Mail and Calendar Client: Zoom Mail Client and Zoom Calendar Client allow users to connect their Gmail or Microsoft 365 account for work or school to their Zoom clients.

●     Zoom Phone: Zoom Phone is a global cloud PBX application service that enables businesses to have a single communication platform for their global workforce. Zoom partners with international telecommunication providers, making it simple for customers to deploy and manage their phone services. In the coming months, Zoom will be working with regulators and partners to offer its Zoom Phone PBX service.

●     Translated Captions: Zoom-translated captions enable users to have the speech in a meeting or webinar automatically translated to another language and transcribed into captions in real time.
