Katharos Foods joins hands with Green Gujarat Restaurant to create a new vegan cheese-based Navratri special menu

Mumbai – Katharos Foods, India’s homegrown vegan and plant-based artisanal food company, teams up with Mumbai’s Green Gujarat Restaurant  this Navratri season to bring taste and health to their customer’s plates with a unique vegan cheese-based menu. The newly crafted menu will include cheesy paneer lifafa, veg chiri miri kebab, cheese dhokla, cheese corn samosa, and open cheese toast, prepared with Katharos’s vegan cheese assortments.

By providing cruelty-free vegan food, the partnership between Katharos Foods and Green Gujarat Cafe is a step towards healthy eating.
