Makhane ki kheer

Ingredients
- Makhana – 200gm
- Pistachios – 50gm
- Sugar – 70 gm
- Cardimom powder – 1 pinch
- Saffron – few strands
- Rose petals – for garnish
Method
- In kadhai roast makhana till the time become crisp
- In a vessel add milk and sugar and allow to simmer till become thick. Add makhana. Simmer for some time.
- Add saffron and cardamom powder for flavoring and add soaked and peeled pistachios. Allow cooling for some time in the refrigerator
- Garnish with rose petals and pistachios.
