HDFC ERGO joins hands with Great Place to Work® India to drive the movement of Making India a Healthy Place to Work FOR ALL

Mumbai : HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company, a leading general insurance company in India has partnered with Great Place to Work® India, a part of the global authority on workplace culture, to drive the movement of ‘Making India a Healthy Place to Work FOR ALL.

The world is grappling with the impact on one’s physical, social, economic, and mental health making employee well-being one of the top priorities for every leader and organization today in the post-pandemic era. To support business leaders, and navigate the unknown, HDFC ERGO and Great Place to Work®, India, have forged a partnership to enable an ecosystem that inspires proactive action on national policy, corporate best practices, and normalizing conversations around mental health.

As a part of this initiative, HDFC ERGO and Great Place to Work® India, recently organized ‘The Wellness Confluence’, with the central theme: Championing Wellbeing – Making Health a Habit.

Some of the learnings that resonated with leaders present at the summit were:

  1. Gain insights into new technology tools and resources to help corporates learn to navigate through the priorities of holistic well being 
  2. Understand the key levers for creating a culture of holistic well-being through research-based insight-driven frameworks and learning from senior industry leaders who have successfully built these cultures.
  3. A positive multiplier impact of key culture indicators like retention, discretionary effort, and employee advocacy.
