METHOD:

FOR DECOCTION

  1. Grate fresh ginger and fresh turmeric(in case no fresh turmeric available use powder)
  2. Boil in water together with cinnamon stick
  3. Reduce and keep aside
  4. Allow to cool down

FOR JUICE

  1. Wash together carrot,beetroot and oranges
  2. Wash fresh mint leave and keep aside
  3. Take out fresh juice of these ingredients

MIX TOGETHER DECOCTION AND FRESH JUICE
